VAN WERT — Cup & Saucer, a restaurant at Vantage Career Center, 818 N. Franklin St, Van Wert, will operate Wednesdays through Fridays for lunch from 10:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., by reservation only.

Managed by Vantage’s junior and senior culinary arts students under the leadership of chef instructor Chad Conklin, the restaurant is a testament to the education students bring to their craft.

“Good food starts with good ingredients, and these students are the key ingredient in everything they create,” Conklin said in a press release.

Additionally, the restaurant will host a Thanksgiving meal on Nov. 26 and a Christmas meal on Dec 17. To reserve seating for these events, call 419-238-5411 ext. 2069. Walk-ins will not be accommodated.
